2.3 No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to provide high-quality support, we do not guarantee specific academic, professional, or institutional outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Grades or qualification results
  • Acceptance to educational programmes or job opportunities
  • Endorsements or favourable evaluations by third parties

The Services are advisory in nature, and your success depends on your own effort, engagement, and adherence to relevant policies.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only.
  • You will provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing orders.

4. Honour Code and Ethical Use

At AssignmentWhiz, we uphold a strong commitment to academic integrity, professional ethics, and responsible learning. Our services are designed to empower users through educational support and knowledge-sharing. By using our platform, you agree to abide by the following Honour Code, which is a condition of continued access to our services.

4.1 Purpose of Use

The Services provided through our platform—including expert guidance, content feedback, skill development, and educational advice—are meant to:

  • Improve your understanding of subject matter
  • Enhance your research and academic writing skills
  • Support your personal and intellectual development

They are not intended to be used as a substitute for your own work, decisions, or responsibilities.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Services to:

  • Breach your educational institution’s policies, including academic honesty codes, assessment rules, or submission requirements
  • Request unlawful or unethical assistance, including impersonation, falsification of data, or bypassing legal or institutional review processes
  • Distribute or commercialise expert materials without permission

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or block any request that appears to involve any of the above actions.

4.3 Responsibility and Due Diligence

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your use of our Services complies with the rules, codes of conduct, or professional standards applicable to your school, university, employer, or licensing body
  • Using all materials and guidance provided by our experts strictly for reference, research, and educational purposes

4.4 Commitment to Integrity

We expect both users and experts on our platform to act with honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Breaches of the Honour Code may lead to:

  • Termination of your access to the platform
  • Revocation of access to our work or expert feedback
  • Reporting to relevant institutions, if required by law
  • Potential legal action in cases of fraud or misrepresentation

5. Expert Matching and Service Processing

We provide a high-quality, personalised service by matching each user with a qualified expert who possesses the appropriate subject matter knowledge, skills, and availability to assist with the specified task. Upon receipt of a confirmed order or inquiry, we will carefully evaluate the details—including the task description, academic or professional level, deadline, and any special instructions—and assign an expert accordingly.

5.1 Task Acceptance and Scope

We reserve the right to decline any task request that:

  • Falls outside the scope of our services
  • Violates our Honour Code (see Section 4)
  • Appears to be illegal, unethical, or unclear
  • Cannot be polished to a professional standard within the requested timeframe

Users are expected to provide complete and accurate instructions at the point of submission. If details are missing, we may pause the process and request clarification before matching you with an expert.

5.2 Turnaround Times

All processing timelines are based on mutual agreement between the user and our team, and are only confirmed once:

  • Full payment is received
  • All relevant instructions and files have been submitted
  • The task is accepted and confirmed by the assigned expert

Turnaround time begins after these conditions are met, not at the time of initial inquiry.

We will make every reasonable effort to meet your specified deadline. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays arising from:

  • Incomplete, inconsistent, or vague instructions
  • User delays in responding to clarification requests
  • External factors outside our control (e.g., technical outages, internet disruptions)

Any changes to task requirements or deadlines after the start of the service may require a new agreement or adjustment to the price and timeframe.

5.3 Expert Reassignment and Continuity

If the initially assigned expert becomes unavailable due to illness, personal emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible
  • Attempt to reassign the task to an equally qualified expert
  • Offer suitable alternatives or partial refunds where necessary

In such cases, turnaround time may be adjusted with your consent. We reserve the right to reassign experts at our discretion in the interest of quality, efficiency, or compliance with our Honour Code.

5.4 Communication

Once an expert is assigned, you will be able to communicate with them through the platform or via a designated and secure communication channel (e.g., in-platform messaging, project dashboard, or monitored email).

All communication must remain:

  • Professional: No abusive, threatening, or offensive language will be tolerated
  • Relevant: Messages should relate directly to the task at hand
  • Respectful of boundaries: Experts are not available outside agreed working hours unless previously arranged

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, or restrict communications that violate these guidelines.

If at any time you experience issues with the communication process or expert responsiveness, you should notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

6. Pricing and Payment

We believe in transparent and fair pricing for all users. This section outlines how service fees are determined, how payments are processed, and under what circumstances refunds may be considered.

6.1 Fees

Service fees are calculated based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to:

  • The subject area and level of expertise required
  • The complexity, length, or technical depth of the task
  • The turnaround time or deadline urgency
  • Any additional services requested (e.g., follow-up support, referencing, etc.)

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UK tax legislation.

The final fee will be presented to you before payment is requested. By confirming your order and submitting payment, you accept the quoted price and these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update our pricing structure at any time. However, once an order is confirmed and paid for, the agreed fee will not change unless additional services are requested or instructions are significantly revised by the user.

6.2 Payments

All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of any work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is securely processed through third-party payment gateways.

We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. In the event of a failed payment, your order may be cancelled or delayed until payment is successfully completed.

In cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, or chargebacks, we reserve the right to suspend the associated user, block future orders, and seek recovery of any losses incurred.

6.3 Refunds and Cancellations

We strive to ensure that all users are satisfied with the services provided. However, due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our work, refunds are issued at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Full refund: You may be eligible for a 100% refund if no expert has been assigned and no work has commenced.
  • Partial refund: If work has already begun but is incomplete, a partial refund may be offered based on the proportion of work already done or effort expended.
  • No refund: If the task has been fulfilled according to the agreed instructions and deadline, no refund will be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction due to unmet grade expectations (as outcomes depend on the user’s own actions and submission context)
  • Requests based on changes in personal circumstances or user error (e.g., placing an order by mistake)

We reserve the right to amend our refund terms from time to time. Any such changes will not affect refund requests made under the version in force at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and guidance provided by our experts—whether in written, visual, or verbal form—are intended solely for your personal use, study, and educational development.

You may not:

  • Copy, share, publish, resell, or redistribute any materials provided through our platform
  • Use the materials for commercial purposes
  • Claim authorship or ownership over the work produced by our experts

Any unauthorised use of materials may result in the termination of your access to our services and potential legal action under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK).

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. All personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with:

  • The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
  • The Data Protection Act 2018

We only collect data necessary to provide our services, communicate with you, and improve platform functionality. Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or essential for service (e.g., payment processors or expert assignments).

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time, as detailed in our full Privacy Policy.

By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Any academic, professional, or reputational consequences resulting from misuse of our services
  • Loss of income, profits, data, or business opportunity
  • Any delays, service interruptions, or issues beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, payment gateways) to operate the platform. These services are governed by their own privacy and usage terms.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or tools linked on our platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the new “Effective Date.” You are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first at [email protected], and we will do our best to resolve it informally.
